Warranty Claim

We are sorry that your Solar PowerStation unit is not performing as expected. If your unit is within 5 years of purchase, we will be happy to assist you under our warranty policy. Please enter the First and Surname/Product Serial Number from your purchase receipt and we will be happy to assist you with the replacement of your unit as per the terms of our warranty. If your unit is out of warranty, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss a small discount on the purchase price of a new unit.
