Storage

The HomePower One and HomePower Two PowerStation units are NOT waterproof and should NOT be submerged in water OR exposed to any form of torrential downpour.

Do not store or use PowerStation units in humid environments for long periods of time.

Where supplied, use the dust cover when storing your PowerStation unit for long periods.

Charging

In order to extend battery life, we recommend that you recharge your PowerStation unit before the battery level drops below 25%.

Check the display to ensure that your PowerStation unit is charging at the maximum rate and shift panel positions where necessary.

Use and recharge your PowerStation unit every 6 months at minimum in order to maintain optimal battery health and longer life.

Use

Check and verify your device(s) power requirements before plugging into PowerStation units.

Do not use PowerStation units in rainy or wet conditions.

Avoid moving PowerStation units while devices are plugged in.

Do not block or clog air vents, inputs or outputs on PowerStation units.

Cleaning

Use a dry/damp cloth to remove any surface dust or dirt from the PowerStation unit.

Use a vacuum or light brush to remove dust from vents on PowerStation units.

Our solar panels are built with durable and heat resistant materials and are designed to withstand outdoor weather.  The solar panels should however not be left out for extended periods in rain, snow, or high humidity.

When not in use, panels should be folded and stored in a cool dry place.

Avoid walking or standing on the panels.

    Cleaning

    Solar panels are rated IPX5 water resistant and can resist a sustained, low-pressure water jet spray.

    Dust and dirt on the surface should first be removed using a soft brush.

    Use a damp cloth to wipe the surface of the solar panel to remove any remaining residue.

    Any adhesive should be removed from the solar panel surface as soon as possible to avoid any potential damage to the panel.
